Our exhaust systems are compatible with more than 2000 popular car models across the globe. All products are precisely molded in a 1:1 ratio according to the original vehicle data, which fundamentally ensures the fitting accuracy and compatibility of installation for a perfect match.

HIGH-QUALITY MATERIALS

Selected 304 stainless steel material with excellent high-temperature, corrosion and oxidation resistance, and high mechanical strength. It adapts to the high-temperature working environment of exhaust systems, durable and not easy to deform.

CAT / CONVERTER

The metallic three-way catalytic converter core contains precious metals such as palladium and rhodium, with excellent high-temperature resistance. It effectively increases exhaust flow while highly purifying engine exhaust gases, meeting exhaust emission standards precisely!

• 100-cell: Best for performance, but loud and not ideal for emissions control.

• 200-cell: A good compromise between performance and emissions.

• 300-cell: Focused on emissions control, with the least performance gainbut also the quietest

TIG MANUAL WELDING

The exhaust downpipe is crafted with TIG manual welding, featuring precise and sturdy weld seams, excellent high-temperature resistance and airtight sealing!

FREE HEAT SHIELD UPGRADE

Every exhaust downpipe in our range comes with an outer dedicated heat shield, effectively insulating against exhaust heat, fully protecting the unit and significantly boosting its high temp resistance and service life.

• Stainless steel / Titanium alloy

Our exhaust systems are available in 304 Stainless Steel and TC4 Titanium Alloy to suit different needs.

Crafted from premium 304 stainless steel, it features excellent high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, along with high mechanical strength. It reliably withstands the extreme heat of exhaust systems, remains stable and deformation-resistant for long-lasting durability.

Fabricated from high-grade TC4 titanium alloy, this lightweight construction reduces overall weight while delivering exceptional heat resistance, efficient heat dissipation and strong corrosion protection. It enhances performance and produces a deep, aggressive exhaust note with impressive sound penetration.

• GENUINE TITANIUM HEAT COLORING・NO SPRAY PAINT

The colorful finish of our titanium exhaust is NOT applied by traditional spray paint or coating. We adopt an exclusive high-temperature heating oxidation coloring process for titanium alloy:

By heating the titanium substrate with precise temperature control, a dense oxide layer forms on the material surface. Gradient colors such as blue, purple, gold and rose gold are refracted by different thicknesses of the oxide layer, which is the physical native coloring of titanium alloy.

VALVE SELECTION

This product adopts a valve-controlled design. Opening the valve unleashes a powerful exhaust note, while closing it restores the quiet sound of the original factory catback exhaust. Two sound modes are available for free switching to meet your different needs. This catback exhaust system supports optional electronic valves and vacuum valves, and we also provide custom-made dedicated brackets for the original car's valve motor. Unless special requirements are specified, we will arrange delivery according to the valve body specifications shown in the pictures by default.

WELDING PROCESS

The exhaust catback is crafted with TIG manual welding, featuring precise and sturdy weld seams, excellent high-temperature resistance and airtight sealing!

• Titanium alloy double-sided pull welding technology

Adopting core high-temp pull welding technology with precision double-layer welding (inner & outer), it fundamentally prevents cracking issues, boasts superior durability, and has a service life of more than 10 years.

We use thickened corrugated paper for the outer packaging, with bubble wrap lined inside for the product – double protection for safe shipping!

SHIPPING METHODS

We have in-depth cooperation with well-known international logistics providers such as UPS, DHL and FedEx. The regular shipping time is 7-10 business days. Due to uncontrollable factors such as customs inspection, the actual shipping time may have slight fluctuations. After the goods are shipped, we will send you the logistics tracking number at the first time, with which you can check the real-time logistics status of the package at any time.

Regarding logistics and taxes for cross-border orders, we offer the following two delivery methods: DDP and DAP. DAP is the default.

• DAP Terms: Delivery to Destination. We will deliver the goods to your designated destination address, but you will be responsible for import duties, VAT, and other related customs clearance fees. You will need to cooperate with local customs to complete the clearance and payment process.

• DDP Terms: Door-to-Door Delivery with All Customs Duties and Taxes. We will handle all customs clearance, payment of duties and VAT, and other procedures. After you place your order and pay, you will not need to pay any additional fees; simply wait for delivery.
