The main battery switch consists of aluminum alloy contacts (al) and a copper jumper (cu). The copper jumper is moved with the help of a handle to and from the aluminum contacts, closing or opening the circuit. Looks suitable for use in a private vehicle. The weak point is the metal pair cu-al, which can corrode over time. Due to the low price, the switch can be replaced from time to time just in case.
